Our Process

INITIATION

It is very important to understand the business environment well during the start-up phase and to include the necessary controls in the project. At this stage, any deficiencies in the project design should be immediately identified and corrected.

01

02

PLANNING

After the initiation phase, the project is planned to an appropriate level of detail. The main objective is to estimate the costs and resources required for the project and effectively manage the risks of project implementation. Like the initiation phase, mistakes in the planning phase will cause major obstacles to the success of the project.

03

IMPLEMENTATION

The implementation phase involves coordinating people and resources, as well as efforts to align activities to the project management plan.

04

ENDING

Completion of all activities in all process groups. Closing all contracts.
